This service is great for someone who can fully plan and design their own event, but need that assistance to step-up and tie everything together.
Party Crashers will work with you for 1-3 months leading up to your event, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision comes to life. We will execute a plan and manage all details and finishing touches as your event gets closer for a stress-free celebration.
Whats Included:
- Up to 8-12 weeks of service prior to event date
- Up to 3 virtual/in person meetings
- Main point of contact for all vendors
- Timeline creation and execution
- Coordinating day-of set up
- Set up personal items such as display programs, menus, favors, etc.
